SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Domestic (US): Complimentary professional shipping is included with every original purchase.
International: To ensure maximum safety, international orders are shipped in custom-engineered, ISPM-15 certified wooden crates with specialized White Glove service. International shipping is quoted individually. Please contact ME at me@oleksiihurinenko.com for a tailored quote prior to purchase.
Duties & Taxes: Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the unique and fragile nature of original fine art, all sales are final. Cancellations or returns for "change of mind" are not permitted.
If your artwork arrives damaged, WE committed to making it right. OUR logistics partners specialize in high-value art, but in the rare event of transit damage, please email ME at ME@oleksiihurinenko.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include high-resolution photos of both the crate and the artwork so I can initiate an insurance claim and resolve the issue promptly.
