ESCAPE
Escape explores the tension between rigid structure and the raw impulse of the human hand. While the 3×3 grid suggests a pursuit of order, the thick, irreproducible impasto strokes refuse to be contained. Each square is a deliberate act of defiance—a moment where the paint breaks the boundary of the geometric mask to find its own form. This work is a study in "the beauty of the break," capturing the exact second when the desire for perfection is abandoned in favor of something more honest, chaotic, and free. It is a visual reminder that true expression begins where the lines end.
